Delivery of Voyager Card to my hotel ?
Normally Voyager Cards are shipped to your home address but can upon request also be delivered to your place of stay in Iceland. When you register your card online, tell us where you will be staying in Iceland. We will hand deliver your card to the address you specify one day prior to your arrival. Please note that there is an extra charge for this service.
If for any reason your card is not waiting for you or has been mislaid please ask reception to call us immediately on (+354) 578 0178 or e-mail us at concierge@nordenvoyager.com
Do I have to buy my Voyager Card online ?
If you prefer not to purchase Voyager online, you can pay and collect your card in person from our offices at Odinsgata 7, Reykjavik, Iceland. Alternatively you can buy Voyager through one of our sales partners.
Can I share my Voyager Card with other people in my group ?
Voyager Cards are not transferable and are valid only for purchases made by the card holder. If group purchases are made by the card holder, the card is valid for the group of people covered by the purchase.
Can I use Voyager for bookings I have already made ?
Discounts are only valid for bookings made from the time of issue of your Voyager Card.
When can I start using my Voyager Card ?
Your Voyager card will be issued and the details sent to you via e-mail within 24 hours of purchase.
You can start using you Voyager Card as soon as you have activated your card by registering it online. You can then start saving by using your Voyager Card immediately for discounts with our merchant partners immediately, quoting your membership number when you book.
What do I do if I have a problem with my card ?
If you experience any difficulties with Voyager just call our Concierge hotline and speak with one of our service staff.
Can I buy a Voyager Card for someone else
Yes, simply enter their details when you register the card online.
How long does a Voyager Card take to be delivered to my home address ?
Your Voyager card will be issued and the details sent to you via e-mail within 48 hours of purchase. Register the card online and choose “Delivery to my home address”. Please enter your address when registering. Delivery is via regular postal service PRIORITY “A” AIRMAIL and should reach you in less than 5 working days. Occasionally the elves who work at Iceland’s postal service have been known to delay shipments, so we recommend only purchasing a card at least 14 days in advance of your scheduled travel date to ensure that you receive your Voyager Card in time.
How do I know where I can use my card ?
We supply an up to date copy of the discount listing together with card and in addition most of our merchant carry the blue Norden discount sign on their windows. Staff at our partner merchants, some of whom are occasional or seasonal workers, may not always be aware of discounts. You may need to speak with a manager to confirm validity. If you experience any difficulties whatsoever please contact us immediately to resolve the issue. We make every effort to keep information up to date but please note that offers may be subject to change.

Founded in 1922, The Norden Association of Iceland or “Norræna Felagið” is a politically independent, non-profit organisation which promotes co-operation between the Nordic countries. Norden Associations were first founded in Denmark, Norway and Sweden in 1919. In total there are some 80,000 members of the Norden Associations.

PayPal is secure, reliable and accepts most card types including VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Payment should work 24/7 all year around provided you have a valid debit or credit card.
If payment doesn’t work immediately, make yourself a nice cup of coffee, wait a few minutes and try again. The elves which have cursed your transaction may have gone away by then. If you repeatedly experience payment difficulties, try again using a different card.
You may also want to check whether your bank or credit card company has authorized you to make international transactions. To prevent fraud some banks and credit card companies require you to “enable” your payment card for international use. Call your bank or credit card company’s customer service line to check.
